This box machine is our company R&D and manufacturing customized star products according to put the thermometer products into the box, its application range include thermometer, electronic cigarettes and other products which need to pack small box into the box automatically, its advantages: high efficiency, labor saving. Its characteristics are as follows:

①The machine's incoming conveyor connects with the front section equipment or manually placed, conveying in the form of a single layer of incoming material, automatically palletizing and pushing the product into the box.

②The machine adopts PLC control. Photoelectric monitoring of each part of the action, anomaly in operation, it can automatically stop and display the reason, in order to removal of fault in time.

③Mechanism design by the cylinder and servo station based on box action, each station installed photoelectric detection and detection switches, to achieve abnormal faults in time to alarm the shutdown, and display the fault code, to facilitate manual troubleshooting and operation.

④The machine is small, it can be moved and used alone, or linked with other equipment to form a complete set of production line.
