II. Performance Characteristics of the Light Bulb Annular Assembly Machine:
The RY-Annular-E27 light bulb annular assembly machine is a product specially developed and customized by our company based on the products of the lighting electrical industry. Its application scope includes automatic assembly of LED bulbs and other finished products. Its advantages are: high efficiency and reduced labor costs.
◆ This machine is controlled by PLC. Photoelectric monitoring is applied to each part of the operation. In case of abnormality during operation, it can automatically stop and display the reason to facilitate timely troubleshooting. The equipment has the functions of product counting and operation speed display.
◆ The internal frame of the machine is equipped with a main drive motor and a clutch brake. On the machine board, there are torque overload protectors for each part of the transmission system. In the case of overload, the main drive motor can be decoupled from the various transmission parts to ensure the safety of the entire machine.
◆ This machine is equipped with an intelligent detection device, which is convenient for connecting with the previous equipment for work.
◆ This machine can be used independently or be connected with aging lines, laser marking machine equipment to form a complete production line.
