This machine adopts various power transmission structures such as shaft transmission, chain transmission, gear transmission and belt transmission in machinery to imitate human movements and automatically complete the processes of stacking small-sized cartons, automatically opening and loading medium-sized cartons, and sealing the boxes. The working process of this machine is as follows:
1. Firstly, the small cartons are conveyed to the limit position by the feeding conveyor belt. The conveyor belt is equipped with photoelectric switches. When the photoelectric switches all receive signals and the material hopper is in place, the lateral moving cylinder acts to push the small cartons into the material hopper to complete the first layer of stacking. When the photoelectric switches detect another small carton again, the lateral moving cylinder acts to push the small cartons into the material hopper to complete the second layer of stacking.
2. The material hopper conveys the stacked small cartons forward. After passing through the material detection photoelectric switch, the PLC issues an instruction to suck the cartons. At the front end of the carton forming, there are photoelectric switches. When one of the photoelectric switches does not detect the carton, it will send a signal for a box shortage alarm.
3. After reaching the push material position, the push material cylinder acts to push the small cartons into the medium-sized cartons. During the push process, if the cylinder has not completed the action when it exceeds the specified angle, it will trigger a push material alarm.
4. After the push material action is completed, the medium-sized cartons are conveyed forward. At the side page closing mechanism, the side cylinders act to close the side pages of the medium-sized cartons.
