The Filial Piety Bonus is an additional incentive paid on top of each employee’s salary. It is awarded based on the length of service at the company and serves as a benefit extended to each employee’s family.

According to company policy, employees who have been with the company for 5 to 10 years will receive a monthly “Filial Piety Allowance” of 200 yuan; those with 10 to 15 years of service will receive 300 yuan per month; and employees with 15 or more years of service will be eligible for a monthly “Filial Piety Allowance” of up to 500 yuan.
