Audience Pre-Registration Guide

Step 1: Fill in “Personal Information”

After opening the pre-registration page, first complete the entry of your basic personal information:

1. Fill in your name and select your gender (Mr./Ms.)

2. Enter your mobile phone number, tap “Get Verification Code,” and enter the code you receive.

3. Enter your email address

4. Select the document type (mainland Chinese viewers may choose “ID card”), and enter the corresponding document number.

> Note: Fields marked with an asterisk are required; all information must be accurate. On-site admission requires valid identification.

Step 2: Fill in the “Company Information”

Scroll down to complete the company information (some details will be printed on the exhibition badge):

1. Fill in the company name and your job title.

2. Select the job type (choose the corresponding option from the drop-down menu, such as Marketing, Procurement, R&D, etc.)

3. By default, “Country” is set to China; then select your province, city, or region.

4. Fill in the complete detailed address

5. After confirming that all information is correct, click the “Submit” button at the bottom.

Step 3 ： Registration successful. Get your ticket.

After submission, the page will display “Ticket registration successful”:

- The page will display your registration information.

- Upon arrival, scan the QR code to activate and receive a paper badge (which can be printed on-site) along with a valid form of identification.

- You can also tap “Invite Friends to View the Exhibition” and share it with your companions.

- Please provide all information accurately to avoid any delays during on-site verification.

- Please save the page confirming your registration; you can scan the QR code on-site to activate your pass or exchange it for a paper badge to gain entry.
