This equipment is dedicated to the LED bulb lamp finished product testing aging. Come with touch screen man-machine interface display, FLC control, through the LED lamp's low pressure area normal pressure area (shock), high pressure area and other 3 voltage areas. Speed up the aging test process thus improving the quality of LED lights. The system is controlled by human-machine interface, easy to operate.

二、Equipment construction and material description：

2	Machine and frame	The machine is made of 100X50X2.5 steel pipe and the frame is made of 50X50X2.5 steel pipe by welding. The side guard plate is made of 1.5mm cold plate by bending. The supporting feet are equipped with galvanized adjustable M16X150mm foot cups and equipped with 3-inch universal casters.
3	Conveyor chain, chain wheel	12A hollow chain is used. The S-type is about 68 meters in length. The chain track adopts high polymer wear-resistant guide rail. Three groups of 6 rows are arranged in the S-shaped direction of travel, and the driving wheel of the transmission chain is 12A40 teeth sprocket.
4	Conveyor chain, sprocket	The lamp holder adopts three-jaw magazine type E27 lamp holder, which is installed on the chain and fixed with a special T-shaped base. Each lamp holder is installed with a set of 2 spring conductive devices to ensure that it is connected with the conductive groove during transmission. 7	Down lamp mechanism	Adopt a set of mechanical hand lights. Through the PLC program control Yadeke solenoid valve drive Yadeke cylinder form control manipulator grab transverse movement up and down action. According to preset conditions, the lower hopper automatically rotates and classifies qualified/unqualified lamps.
8	Full line voltage area	Chi Yue brand 15KVA a total of 3 voltage regulators, two voltage regulators 0-250V adjustable. One voltage regulator is adjustable from 0 to 300V. The wire is designed with 3 voltage zones (low voltage zone -- normal voltage (normal voltage zone can be steady or shock as required) -- high voltage).

三、Construction description of intelligent electrical parameter test system：

An area is set in front of the lamp under the machine for electrical parameter detection system, and two conductive systems are arranged. The upper and lower limits of power, current, power factors and other parameters can be set freely, a computer (the computer is provided by the demander) and a set of fast electrical parameter test system (1S refresh data 50 times, extract stable value parameters within a preset time), and the qualified/unqualified products are displayed by the display screen.

2、Data management

The electrical parameters of each lamp are tested independently, and the test data is uploaded to the computer by software equipped with upper computer, which is convenient for data storage and management, and it can also be connected to a printer to print data.

3、Qualified/unqualified product instructions

Through the parameter analysis of the lamp by the electrical parameter system, the software interface of the computer side shows the qualified/unqualified state of the lamp in the test.
