The main drive motor and clutch brake are installed inside the frame, and torque overload protectors for each transmission system are installed on the machine board, which can disconnect the main drive motor from each transmission part in case of overload, ensuring the safety of the entire machine.
The machine is equipped with an intelligent detection device, which is convenient for connecting with the previous equipment for operation.
This machine can be used alone or in conjunction with aging lines and laser marking equipment to form a complete production line.
This machine can be equipped with a set of molds for each specification according to different user requirements. The molds will be customized according to the product size, and the mechanism adjustment and debugging on the large plate are simple.
