2. Performance features of multi-function assembly machine equipment:

The multi-function assembly machine is our company's special research and development according to the lighting electrical industry products and customized products, the application scope of LED bubble automatic assembly products, etc., its advantages: high efficiency, labor saving.

◆ The machine adopts PLC control. Photoelectric monitoring of the action of each part, abnormal operation, can automatically stop to show the cause, so as to troubleshoot the fault in time. The equipment has the function of product counting and operation speed display.

◆ The frame is equipped with the main drive motor and clutch brake, and the torque overload protector of each part is installed on the machine plate, which can realize the disconnection of the main drive motor and each transmission part under the condition of overload, to ensure the safety of the whole machine.

◆ The machine is equipped with an intelligent detection device, which is convenient to connect with the front channel equipment.

◆ The machine can be used alone, can also be used with aging line, laser marking machine equipment, forming a complete set of production line.

4. Process requirements for ball-bubble materials:

① The plastic aluminum and blister shell of LED assembly machine shall not have directional positioning slot; and can not be fully card (as shown below)

② Plastic aluminum material should not produce cracks under the requirements of press depth (torque);

③ The length of the center line is 30-35mm; the length difference of the same batch of wire shall not exceed 1mm (as shown below)

④ Power wire requirements: multiple tin immersion line

⑤ The entrance chamfer of the lamp head is required (as shown below)
