1. Equipment maintenance
Caring for equipment by wiping, cleaning, lubricating, adjusting and other general methods to maintain and maintain the function and technical condition of the equipment is called equipment maintenance. There are four main requirements for equipment maintenance:
(1) The inside and outside of the cleaning equipment is neat, there is no oil on the sliding surfaces, screw, rack, gear box, oil hole, etc., and there is no oil or air leakage from all parts. Chips, sundries and dirt around the equipment should be clean up;
(2) Regular things, accessories, and workpieces (products) should be placed neatly, and pipes and lines should be organized;
(3) The lubrication is good and the oil is refueled or changed on time, with continuous oil and no dry friction.
(4) Safely follow the safety operation rules, do not use equipment overloaded, the safety protection of equipment is well-equipped and reliable, and unsafe elements are eliminated in time.
(1) Routine maintenance of equipment
Daily maintenance of equipment, generally there are daily maintenance, weekly maintenance, monthly maintenance
1. Daily maintenance
The daily maintenance is carried out by the equipment operators on duty, carefully paying attention before shift, during shift and after shift.
(1) Before the shift, wipe the equipment, lubricate and refuel according to the rules. Check whether the position of the handle and the manual operation part are correct and flexible, check the wear of the suction cup, if the wear is serious and need to be replaced, and whether the safety device is reliable. For low-speed operation, check whether the transmission is normal, whether the lubrication and cooling are smooth.
(2) In the shift, pay attention to the movement of the work, whether the temperature, pressure, electrical, air pressure system of the equipment, instrument signals, and safety insurance are normal.
(3) After work, turn off the switch. Clean up the dirt, wipe off the oil on the guide rail surface and sliding surface of the equipment, and add oil. Clean up the work site, tidy up accessories and tools.
2. weekly maintenance
Weekly maintenance is performed by equipment operators on weekends.
(1) Appearance Wipe the guide rails, transmission parts and exposed parts of the equipment, and clean the work site.
(2) Operate the transmission to check the technical condition of each part, fasten loose parts, and adjust the cooperation gap. Check interlocks, safety devices. The arrival transmission is normal, safe and reliable.
(3) Wipe the motor, check the insulation and grounding of the electrical system to make it complete, clean and reliable.
3. monthly maintenance
Monthly maintenance is carried out by equipment repair workers every month;
(1) Check the tightness of the chain, belt and carton conveyor belt. Press down the belt with your fingers and the chain does not deviate significantly.
(2) Check the wear of the box cutter and replace the air filter.
(3) Check whether the motor belt is replaced.
(4) Fill the bearing with MP lubricating oil once every six months. Before filling, remove the old oil and replace the bearing according to the condition of the bearing.
(2) First-level maintenance
The first-level maintenance is mainly based on the operation workers, with the help of repair workers, dismantling and inspecting the equipment part according to the plan, cleaning the regular parts, dredging the oil circuit and pipeline, adjusting the cooperation gap of each part of the equipment, and tightening each part of the equipment. The time for the first-level maintenance is 4-8 hours. The main purpose is to reduce equipment wear, eliminate hidden dangers, extend the service life of equipment, and provide equipment guarantee for the production tasks until the next first maintenance period.
(3) Secondary maintenance
Secondary maintenance is mainly based on repair workers, and the operation workers participate in the end. The secondary maintenance is included in the maintenance plan of the equipment, to inspect and repair parts of the equipment, replace or repair worn parts, clean, change oil, check and repair electrical parts, so that the technical condition of the equipment fully meets the requirements of the standard equipment integrity.
