Common problems in cartoning machines

( 1) The speed of the machine is limited by the speed of the instructions and the medicine board, and the planning should be more reasonable;

( 2) The stability of the machine is relatively poor after long-term high-speed operation, and it is required to run smoothly, and the servo system is often used;

( 3) After long-term operation, the accuracy cannot meet the requirements, and the synchronization is not good, so it is required to improve the reliability;

( 4) The habit of the product is low, its function is relatively simple, the scope of habit is relatively narrow, and there are strict regulations on the shape and volume of the medicine to be packed;

(5) The reliability of equipment operation is not high, and frequent maintenance is required to affect production progress;

(6) The production efficiency is not high, the operation speed is slow, and the degree of automation is not high;

(7 ) The cartoning machine is very sensitive to the dimensional error of the manual. For example, the dimensional error of the manual should be less than ±0.5 mm. In daily production, the machine may jam due to the thin manual. Sometimes due to slight changes in the size of the carton, the carton is not easy to be opened or the machine is jammed.
