The workflow of the cartoning machine mainly includes loading, unloading, unpacking, filling, tongue insertion (glue spraying), and box sealing.

1. Loading: Manually load or use the material sorting line to carry out point feeding, put the required packages into the slot of the conveyor line of the cartoning machine in sequence.

2. Lower box: Put the carton into the box compartment in the correct direction to avoid the wrong direction and the box cannot be opened smoothly. The vacuum suction cup is triggered by the material detection device on the conveying line, and the carton on the box warehouse is sucked, opened and formed into the box feeding chain slot.

3. Opening the box: the baffle plate on the box feeding chain clamps the two sides of the carton in the front and rear directions, so that the carton opens at a right angle and moves forward to the loading area.

4. Loading: After the material and the carton are synchronously transported to the pushing station, the push rod works and the pushing block pushes the material stably into the opened carton.

5. Tongue insertion (glue spraying): The cartons that have been pushed in are conveyed to the tongue folding station by the box feeding chain, and the inner tongue folding mechanism of the machine will fold in the left and right inner tongues of the carton, and the tongue folding mechanism will bend the paper first The outer tongue of the box, and then the push plate pushes the lid to bend, so that the outer tongue is inserted into the box and the lock is fastened. If it is a glue-spraying box, the lid closing mechanism folds the upper and lower ears into the guide piece, the glue sprayer sprays hot melt glue to the outer side of the tongue inside the box, and the lid-closing mechanism moves to press down the upper cover.

6. Box sealing: There is a rejecting device on the export conveyor belt, which can remove all products with problems in the previous process of unpacking, opening, filling, etc., so as to better ensure that the packaging boxes that come out meet the process requirements and are all qualified products .
