1. Connect the power cord, turn on the power switch on the control panel, and press the emergency stop switch.

2. Turn on the main power of the hot melt adhesive machine, and set the temperature at about 150-180°C. (This step is for hot-melt boxing, if it is not glued to seal the box, this step can be omitted.)

3. Connect the air source: the air pressure is adjusted at 0.6-0.8MPa

4. Place the cartons: arrange the cartons, check whether there is any adhesion, and put them in a pile in the carton silo. Cartons must be stacked in the same direction, face up.

5. After inching control and other auxiliary button switches, check the parts such as box opening, feeding, corner folding, and glue spraying to ensure that these important parts are free of debris and operating normally. If any problems are found, relevant technical personnel should be notified in time to deal with them , to continue the operation.

6. When the temperature of the hot melt adhesive machine reaches the set temperature, turn on the "Start" button on the hot melt adhesive machine, and then click the "Start" button on the control panel, and the machine starts to run.

7. After the machine is running. Putting the material on the conveyor belt can stop the normal packaging production.
